We love to hear about your rugs so sending us an email is the best way to send us all the details about your rug(s) for cleaning and/or repairs. In order for us to give you accurate advice and/or a quote we will need all the information below:

All rug sizes (Essential)
Type of rug(s) (if known)
Material your rug(s) is made from, usually wool, cotton or silk
Photos of any repair work required (Important)
Location - We need this so we can be sure we can cover your area (Essential)

Please note : We are often out and about visiting our clients and can't always answer the phone. If possible, we prefer an email as you will be able to add all the details about your rug enquiry and some photos if necessary. We will then have all the details we need to reply with either complimentary advice or a quote. If you can't email us, please leave a voice message with your name, enquiry details, your location plus a contact number and an email address. We regularly pick up our phone messages and will get back to you ASAP.
